Growing up an athlete,  working out and lifting was instilled in me. Through my high school and collegiate career, I quickly realized how important weight lifting and mobility was for my overall health and performance. After graduating, and ultimately moving away from competitive sports, I found lifting to be a great way to keep competing. This created a positive impact on not only my physical health but also mental!
