You’re On the Clock! By Get MAD Fitness™

This is it! It’s time to announce your goals. We want to help you through one of the most important parts of Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat – Feed the Muscle program. Chances are you will NOT succeed if you do not set your goals but that along is not enough. You must repeat them and hold yourself accountable for them. So we want you to announce them. I will publish them as show below and I will email you as the dates arrive to see if you make it. The goals do not have to be weight specific they can be anything you wish to obtain.
